monday.com, a provider of work management OS and one of the largest SaaS companies, expands its channel tasks to North America with a program of new partners to support the locale. As more businesses are moving to remote work environments due to the pandemic, the company has witnessed a significant hike in 2020. monday.com has now scaled its team to provide services to the North American market. Alexandra Detweiler, a pro in business development and with an experience of 20 years+ from Microsoft and Salesforce will be leading this expansion.
To strengthen its partners’ channel growth, monday.com is working on the program’s framework that will provide detailed analysis and training to the partners. Moreover, the company has recently launched its Partners Academy. This academy will provide training and certification to help new partners gain exposure with committed and adaptable e-learning pathways that include deals, counseling, and account management.
Till now, monday.com has partnered with over 85 channel partners operating in 45 different countries that include Demicon (Germany), Simplifica (Mexico), Cloud Concept (Dubai), and JT’s Cloud (Australia).
